PIZZAS
Bianca bought me a pizza stone for Christmas, here are some of the pizzas I’ve cooked since then. Up top is a pepperoni, mushroom, basil and buffalo mozzarella pizza. The cool thing about the pizza stone is that it makes the base super crispy and thin.
Margherita
Margherita with goat’s cheese
Supreme pizza with a tonne of good shit on it
Truffled salami (best shit ever!) with pine mushrooms
Truffled salami, pine mushrooms and baby spinach
Up next: Tacos? Maybe!
BURGERS
Ok let’s get this food section started proper with some burgers…
Beef cheeseburgers with dill pickles, tomato, lettuce with a side of baked fries & pickled red cabbage. I made the buns too – they’re filled with chopped jalapenos and cheese! The recipe for the buns is below, they were really easy and super good.

I made these cheeseburgers at midnight…
And these were made a few nights later at 3am! The BBQ’d red onion rings on these burgers really set em off.
Spicy pork burgers with cheese, red cabbage & apple
Teriyaki glazed salmon burger with cucumber, baby spinach and wasabi mayonnaise
Fried fish burgers with coleslaw, coriander and hot sauce
Charcoal grilled Portuguese chicken burger
Kangaroo burger with beetroot, rocket and a fried egg
Up next: Pizzas!

I finally got around to making a new mix. I’m gonna try and make one a month. This one’s a mix of some of my favourite songs to come out so far this year. Enjoy!

About Levins
Levins began DJing with his best pal Spruce Lee when the pair were just out of high school. Using belt drive turntables they found on the side of the road, Levins and Spruce would set up a sound system at their friends’ house parties each weekend and play records until the sun came up. Five years on from those humble beginnings, Levins still pretends he’s playing a house party every time he’s behind the decks of clubs all across Australia.
A member of Sydney’s Ro Sham Bo, Levins was among the first DJs to play Baltimore Club, Baile Funk, Crunk and other exciting new genres from around the world in Australian clubs in 2005 and has since sought out new and fantastic global sounds to work into his sets. Levins also made a name for himself DJing for live acts Muscles, Catcall and, most recently, America’s Yo! Majesty.
Alongside DJ friends Diplo and Nina Las Vegas, Levins founded Heaps Decent, Australian sister label to Diplo’s Mad Decent label. Heaps Decent is an initiative that seeks out underprivileged youth in NSW and provides them with the resources to be musically creative. At these Heaps Decent workshops, Levins has worked closely with Diplo, M.I.A., Spank Rock, Sinden, Radioclit and more.
Running parties since he started DJing, Levins has been behind dozens of successful club nights including Ro Sham Bo, Wamp Wamp, hip hop night Halfway Crooks, indie dance crossover Bad Kids Recreation Club and reggae warehouse affair Passa Passa. Levins also maintains an online presence, posting on Diplo’s Mad Decent blog and his own website YoLevins.com.
In clubs and at festivals across Australia, USA and New Zealand, Levins has played a mix of as many genres as the crowd can handle, sharing the stage with a diverse crew of artists including Diplo, A-Trak, Girl Talk, The Gza, Spank Rock, Buraka Som Sistema, The Gossip, Ratatat and hundreds more.
